This document strictly governs the operational liability parameters of Goodryde International (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"). All technical specifications, performance claims, kinematic viscosity data, and thermal stability metrics published by the Company—whether printed on physical packaging, published within digital Safety Data Sheets (SDS), or hosted on the corporate web infrastructure—are derived from highly controlled, standardized laboratory testing environments.

The Company does not guarantee, warrant, or legally bind itself to the exact replication of these technical metrics in uncontrolled, real-world mechanical environments. Extreme mechanical variables, including but not limited to sustained high-RPM operation, localized thermal overloading, excessive fuel dilution, aftermarket engine modifications, and prolonged environmental exposure, fundamentally alter fluid dynamics and chemical breakdown thresholds. The Company explicitly disclaims liability for shear stability loss or oxidative thickening resulting from such variables.

2. Product Application and Mechanical Compatibility

The ultimate legal and operational responsibility to verify chemical and mechanical compatibility rests entirely with the end-user, commercial installer, or B2B distributor prior to fluid application.

• 2.1 OEM Mandates: End-users are strictly mandated to cross-reference the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service manual to confirm the precise viscosity grade, API (American Petroleum Institute) performance specification, and JASO (Japanese Automotive Standards Organization) classification required for their specific mechanical assembly.
• 2.2 Misapplication and Cross-Contamination: The Company assumes zero legal or financial liability for mechanical degradation, fluid shear, or catastrophic component failure resulting from the misapplication of formulations across any vehicular, commercial, or industrial category. This explicit exclusion of liability encompasses, but is strictly not limited to: the deployment of Passenger Car Motor Oil (PCMO) in wet-clutch Motorcycle (MCO) assemblies; the improper application of Heavy-Duty Diesel Engine Oils (HDDEO) in incompatible gasoline powertrains; the misuse of specialized transmission matrices (ATF, CVT, DCT, or manual gear oils) in non-conforming transaxles; and the application of agricultural, off-highway, or industrial hydraulic fluids in unverified mechanical systems. Furthermore, the Company absolutely disclaims all liability resulting from the unauthorized chemical adulteration or mixing of Goodryde International products with third-party aftermarket additive packages, friction modifiers, or competitor base oils.
• 2.3 Drain Intervals: The Company disclaims all liability for engine wear, sludge accumulation, or catastrophic component failure resulting from the operation of lubricants beyond OEM-mandated mileage or temporal drain intervals.

3. Digital Infrastructure and "Oil Finder" Liability

The proprietary digital diagnostic tool hosted on the Company infrastructure, commonly designated as the "Oil Finder" or "Smart Oil Matcher," is deployed strictly as an automated, supplementary reference matrix based on aggregated industry data.

• 3.1 Data Inaccuracies: While the underlying database architecture is constructed utilizing standardized mechanical telemetry, OEM specifications are frequently superseded, updated, or altered without public notification. The Company explicitly disclaims liability for any mechanical damage, voided warranties, or financial loss resulting from reliance on outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete digital recommendations provided by this tool.
• 3.2 Subordination to OEM Data: The digital recommendation generated by the Company's web infrastructure shall never supersede the physical OEM owner's manual. Reliance on the digital diagnostic tool operates entirely at the user's inherent risk.

4. Supply Chain Integrity and Counterfeit Protection

The Company guarantees the chemical integrity of its product strictly at the point of origin and initial packaging.

• 4.1 Tamper-Evident Security: The Company utilizes proprietary blow-molded polymer vessels, coupled with injection-molded tamper-evident closures and ultrasonic induction sealing protocols. All liability and operational warranties are immediately rendered void if the physical product packaging exhibits evidence of tampering, seal puncture, compromised closure rings, or unauthorized decanting prior to end-user possession.
• 4.2 Unauthorized Distribution: The Company disclaims all liability for the chemical authenticity, performance, or safety of any product procured through unauthorized third-party resellers, gray-market digital marketplaces, or unverified commercial distributors. Warranty claims will be summarily rejected without a verified chain of custody originating from an authorized Goodryde International distribution node.

5. Environmental and Occupational Safety Hazards

Automotive lubricants contain complex chemical additive packages and base oil matrices that pose inherent biological and environmental hazards if mishandled.

• 5.1 Occupational Exposure: In strict accordance with global Safety Data Sheet (SDS) mandates, the Company explicitly warns that prolonged or repeated dermal contact with new or used motor oil may cause skin irritation, dermatitis, or severe biological toxicity. The Company disclaims liability for biological injury resulting from the failure to deploy adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during fluid handling.
• 5.2 Ecological Contamination and Disposal: The end-user assumes absolute legal responsibility for the safe, legally compliant capture and disposal of used lubricants. The Company expressly disclaims all liability for environmental contamination, municipal fines, or legal prosecution resulting from the unlawful discharge of Goodryde products into soil, groundwater, or municipal drainage infrastructure.

6. Absolute Limitation of Financial Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISPRUDENCE, GOODRYDE INTERNATIONAL, ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AUTHORIZED DEALERS, AND LOGISTICS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE DEPLOYMENT, PROCUREMENT, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

• 6.1 Excluded Damages: This absolute exclusion of liability specifically encompasses, but is not legally limited to: seized internal combustion components, spun bearings, transmission failure, towing expenditures, vehicle rental costs, lost commercial revenue, operational downtime, or personal injury resulting from sudden mechanical failure.
• 6.2 Maximum Liability Cap: In the event of a legally proven, laboratory-verified manufacturing defect originating from the Company’s blending facility, the maximum aggregate financial liability of Goodryde International shall be strictly capped at the direct retail purchase price of the specific, physical product unit in question, or the physical replacement of the defective volume, executed entirely at the Company's sole discretion.

7. Governing Law and Statutory Rights

This document constitutes the absolute limitation of liability between the Company and the purchasing entity. Certain jurisdictions strictly prohibit the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Goodryde International shall be limited to the absolute minimum parameters permitted by prevailing statutory law. All legal interpretations, disputes, and litigations regarding this disclaimer shall be executed exclusively within the state and federal courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
